  • Sprocket
  • 3 feet of #41 roller chain
  • 26 feet of hand chain
  • Chain keeper
  • 1/4" key

• Compatible with Various Installations:

  • Shaft-mounted units (1:1, JR-ST, JR-RD, JRG)
  • Wall-mounted units (3:1 models, 4:1 models)

• Shaft-Mounted Installation:

  • Securely install the unit onto the door shaft
  • Align the rolling door sprocket with the small 9-tooth sprocket
  • Prevent sliding with set screws, shaft collars, and keys
  • Attach roller chain with a connector link

• Wall-Mounted Installation:

  • Mount sprocket onto door shaft with key and set screws
  • Attach the main unit to the wall, ensuring a taut roller chain
  • Align sprockets as necessary

• Universal Features for All Units:

  • Thread hand chain around the pocket wheel; adjust to hang 1ft off the floor
  • Adjust chain length and secure with pliers
  • Install chain keeper on the wall to keep the chain clear of the opening

• Ideal for:

  • 1 1/4" Bore
