What began as a focused distribution business has grown into a trusted supplier serving dealers, installers, and manufacturers across the country. Over the years, Action has expanded its product offerings, warehouse network, and service capabilities while maintaining a commitment to responsive service and strong industry partnerships.
Expanding into Manufacturing
In 2012, Action Industries expanded its capabilities by launching manufacturing operations at our facility dedicated to producing garage door and loading dock components. This allows customers to purchase many products directly from the manufacturer, improving availability and helping reduce costs.

Scott Trainor
Scott Trainor serves as President, overseeing day-to-day execution across the organization. He works closely with leaders across sales and operations to improve performance, strengthen teamwork, and keep priorities moving forward. Scott is focused on building scalable processes that support growth and industry reliability.
Matt O’Donnell
Matt O’Donnell is SVP of Sales, leading the sales organization and key account strategy. He works with customers and internal teams to identify opportunities, improve service outcomes, and grow long-term partnerships. Matt emphasizes execution, accountability, and customer success.
Joe Sitzman
Joe Sitzman leads Action Industries’ parts manufacturing, with oversight of production performance, quality, and continuous improvement across our core component lines. He supports OEM customers by scaling manufacturing capabilities—such as custom plastic and EPDM extrusion, thermoforming, and injection molding—to help deliver reliable parts and consistent supply.
Jeremy Reynolds
Jeremy Reynolds is CSCO, overseeing purchasing, inventory planning, and logistics. He focuses on product availability, supplier performance, and efficient distribution across the network. Jeremy works cross-functionally to support service levels and on-time delivery.
Dennis Gach
Dennis Gach is CFO, leading financial planning, reporting, and performance management. He partners with teams across the business to support profitable growth through disciplined forecasting, pricing, and cost control. Dennis helps ensure the company’s resources are aligned to the right priorities.
