Cable assemblies are essential garage door parts in virtually every application. Torsion spring cables are wrapped around the cable drum by the garage door opener to lift the door. Extension spring cables are wrapped around pulleys and attached to the extension garage door springs to lift and close the door as they extend and retract. Restraint spring garage door cables are also available that secure a spring to a secure surface to ensure safety if they break. Our cable assemblies allow DIY installations and replacement of restraint safety cables and spring cable assemblies.
