Product Description
Utilizing an innovative new narrow band multi-frequency radio, the LiftMaster 850LM Universal Gate and Garage Door Opener Receiver can serve gated communities and commercial buildings with a single transmitter. It features Security+ 2.0 technology that wipes away radio interference and callbacks due to poor range performance. It’s compatible with 811LM and all MAX remote controls. It comes with a one-year warranty and is compliant with FCC Part 15. Three channels provide expanded remote control capacity:
Channel 1 - 50 remotes
Channel 2 - 20 remotes
Channel 3 - 20 remotes
Each Channel can have 2 keyless entries programmed
It can be wired for an open close stop setup which is great with remote 813LM

Please note: If your garage door or gate operator does not meet the power specifications you will need a transformer which is part number 85LM. Also, this receiver is known as the Model 850 LM and the 850 LMC
