The LiftMaster 860LM Universal Weather Resistant Receiver from Action features a compact design and utilizes a narrow-band multi-frequency radio signal to virtually eliminate radio interference and poor range performance. Built to withstand outdoor conditions, it can be safely mounted outdoors without risk of damage. Ideal for gated communities and commercial sites, the 860LM allows property managers to control multiple access points with a single transmitter. It is compatible with 811LM, 813LM, and all MAX remote controls. The receiver offers three channels for enhanced remote control capacity, with one channel supporting up to 50 remotes and the other two supporting 20 remotes each.
