Before installing this operator, ensure your doors are properly inspected and balanced so they can be manually lifted in an emergency. J-style commercial operators are typically wall-mounted and work with sectional overhead doors. These operators drive the door indirectly, connecting to the torsion shaft via a chain and sprocket for smooth operation.

The Logic 5 J-Style Operator is designed to simplify your workflow and ease your mind. With built-in MyQ Technology from LiftMaster, you can monitor and operate your door remotely when paired with the 828LM Internet Gateway. Whether you need to check if the door is closed or get alerts when a technician accesses your facility, MyQ keeps you informed in real time.

The LiftMaster Logic 5 Commercial Operator Kit is an excellent way to replace outdated or failing systems. The base unit includes a 1/3 HP motor (Model J331L5) and runs on the voltage of your choice.
