The LiftMaster K1D8387-1CC gate operator expansion board from Action is designed for use with LiftMaster DC (direct current) swing and slide gate operators manufactured after 2016. Operators, such as the LiftMaster SL300UL slide gate model, must include the letter "U" in their model number.

An expansion board, often referred to as a daughter board, enhances the programming capabilities of your LiftMaster gate opener. By installing an expansion board, you can incorporate external loops and additional inputs. The K1D8387-1CC expansion board is also compatible with LiftMaster gate operators made before 2016, provided that UL325-compliant entrapment protection systems and photo eye safety sensors are included.
