LiftMaster’s 24VDC Residential Linear Actuator (LA400PKGULMC) is for use on vehicular passage gates and is not intended for use in pedestrian passage gates. This operator has the convenient technology MyQ® that lets you securely control and monitor the LA400PKGULMC from anywhere and get activity notifications through the MyQ® app. Security+2.0® is also included, which safeguards access to your property with an encrypted signal to offer an extended range with Security+2.0.

Customization is available with programmable auxiliary relays that easily add additional features, such as warning lights/alarms. Rated for gates up to 16ft. in length or weighing up to 850 lbs.
