Manaras OMT Medium-Duty Trolley Operator (Internal Rec and Eyes Incl.)

The Manaras OMT medium-duty trolley door operator offered by Action Industries is a ceiling-mounted solution that requires only 6.125 inches of headroom clearance. This industrial-use garage door operator is an excellent choice for small overhead spaces. Comparable to the LiftMaster Model T, this door trolley operator system includes a three-button color-coded remote control along with two safety beams for automatic operation plus a quick-release disconnect arm for manual operation.  

The quick-release disconnect arm enables push-up operation. Crafted from cast aluminum alloy metal, the trolley features a chain tension adjustment device. This friction-style clutch, located on the input shaft, offers easy adjustment from the outside. You can adjust the limits with one hand using the Accu-Cam. The limit system incorporates rotary-type lubricated steel cams and commercial-grade switches into its design for easy use. Supported by self-lubricating bronze bushings, the limited shaft ensures enhanced precision and remains synchronized during manual operation or after the motor is removed.

The operator also includes the new Board 70 electronic control board, and it's compatible with external entrapment monitored devices that meet UL-325-2010 requirements. The 1/2-horsepower single-phase intermittent-duty motor safeguards against thermal overload with its instant reverse and internal automatic reset capabilities. This ensures protection against overload. The motor can be removed without impacting limit switch settings. A reinforced hinged cover provides protection for the system's electrical components that are housed within a NEMA 1 enclosure. For added durability, the frame and control enclosure feature a corrosion-resistant and robust baked-on enamel finish. All shafts are shielded by a yellow chromate coating and a two-year limited warranty is available.

The cast aluminum alloy operator comes equipped with dual, 12-gauge pre-drilled galvanized tracks suitable for doors up to 12 feet tall. Moreover, this unit offers additional track lengths to accommodate doors with a maximum height of 14 feet. The dimensions extend up to 14 feet in height, with a back room measurement equivalent to the door height in feet plus 3 feet and 11 inches. The headroom for the track is set to be 5 inches above the highest point of door travel.
