Mini Warehouse torsion springs are engineered for self storage and commercial roll-up doors, delivering the strength and reliability required in high-cycle applications. Each spring must be ordered to exact specifications to ensure proper door balance and safe operation. Installers should confirm all four measurements before ordering: wire size, inside diameter, overall length, and spring wind (right- or left-hand).

Specifications

• Wire Size: Determine with caliper, micrometer, or wire gauge. As an alternative, measure 10 or 20 compressed coils and reference a spring wire chart.
• Inside Diameter: Measure to the nearest 1/16".
• Length: Measure in the unwound state. For broken springs, multiply the total coil count by the wire size.
• Wind Direction: Available in both right-hand and left-hand wound. Refer to a winding chart to confirm.
• Application: Designed for self storage and mini warehouse roll-up doors.
