Wayne Dalton’s TorqueMaster spring system is uniquely designed to enclose garage door springs within a steel tube, adding an extra layer of safety compared to traditional exposed springs. This protective metal cover also helps prevent contamination from dirt and dust.
Due to their construction with high-tensile strength music wire, TorqueMaster springs by Wayne Dalton will be slightly smaller than the listed size. However, they will fit and perform just like your old springs. Wayne Dalton's latest design also offers improved durability compared to older models.
For those converting older TorqueMaster One springs, we provide Wayne Dalton's TorqueMaster Plus conversion kit, which includes a TorqueMaster cable and drum assembly, double spring bracket end assembly, flag brackets, and mounting hardware.
