LiftMaster Commercial Protector Interface Card

The LiftMaster CPICARD Interface Module is designed to connect select monitored entrapment protection devices to non-monitored commercial door operators. This module allows installers to integrate LiftMaster monitored photo eyes, monitored light curtains, or monitored safety edges where a monitored input is not native to the operator. The CPICARD provides signal compatibility between the device and the operator, enabling controlled safety input without converting the operator into a fully monitored system.

When used with monitored photo eyes or monitored safety edges, entrapment protection is monitored only between the safety device and the CPICARD itself. This configuration does not meet the requirements of a fully monitored entrapment protection system, making proper application critical during installation and code review.
