20 ft Safety Edge Kit for Commercial Garage Doors

This safety edge kit for 20-ft. doors mounts to the bottom of a commercial garage door to sense obstructions and sends a signal to the operator to stop or reverse movement. Keep your door, equipment, and employees safe by ensuring a commercial door will never close when something is blocking the doorway. Each safety edge assembly includes pneumatic tubing inserted into a doors bottom weather seal and an interior/exterior air switch mounted to the door. When the pressurized tube makes contact with anything in a door’s path it triggers the air switch to send a signal to the operator to stop or reverse movement.
