Clopay EZ-Set Extension Spring conversion kit

EZ-Set Extension Spring Kit includes all of the garage door parts and hardware needed to convert a garage door to an extension spring system. Clopay’s EZ-Set Extension Spring Kit is designed for DIY installation, repair, and upkeep of extension springs on residential overhead garage doors. This kit can convert a torsion spring system to a extension spring system, can replace an old extension spring system for a more user-friendly design, or be installed on a new residential garage door. Each EZ-Set Extension Spring Kit comes with two specially designed spring stretching units that makes the installation process safer and easier than with standard extension spring systems. Spring extenders remove any guesswork and extend both garage door springs equally so the door is perfectly balanced and opens properly. Left and right extension springs are not included in EZ-Set kits.
