Plug-End - P-Style Extension Spring For One-Piece Garage Doors are metal coils for lifting and tensioning assemblies for opening and closing garage doors. Its primary application is for the E900-R Tension-Spring Assembly. This family of springs provides the key mechanical tension required to lift single-panel, tilt-up garage doors. Crafted with tolerances of 1/100ths of an inch, these are designed to safely and reliably provide long-term, smooth open and close.

These 28 to 32 inch (uncoiled length) springs have an attached closed-end loop, greatly enhancing the security of the hooks used in the tensioning mechanism to anchor the spring. Large, worn-out extension springs will affect every part of a garage doors operation and can be dangerous. Replacing all springs at the same time is highly recommended to ensure smooth lift and operation of the door.
